The control layer above your AI tools

Know what your
agents did.Prove it.

Every agent gets an authority tier. Every action hits an approval gate. Every decision leaves a record you can hand to a client, an auditor, or yourself six months from now.

None of our business. We never hold your keys, never read your content, never train on it.

01 The question

“What did your AI do on my account?”

You run four companies, or six clients, or fifty. Agents touch their data every day — drafting, sending, filing, deciding. Then the question lands, and the honest answer is a scroll of chat history that proves nothing.

  • An agent acted on client data. There was no gate, and there is no log.
  • The permissions live in a prompt, so nobody can state them, let alone enforce them.
  • The record you'd need is spread across four tools and three chat windows.

Thornbury Ledger is not a chat interface, not a router, and not a platform. If a feature doesn't get better as your context count rises, it doesn't ship.

02 Authority

The authority matrix, live.

This is the actual shape of the product — and the way Thornbury governs its own agent org. Click any cell to change what that agent is permitted to do. Every change writes an immutable, hash-chained decision record.

Click cycles: allowgatedeny. Keyboard accessible.

Agent · tier Read client data Draft outbound Send externally Move money Change policy
Allow — executes, logged Gate — human approves first Deny — refused, logged
Immutable record · 0 entries chain intact

Demonstration hash chain, computed in your browser. Nothing on this page is transmitted anywhere.

03 The ladder

We segment by concurrency, not company size.

A context is anything with its own credentials, data, voice and rules. One client. One company. One brand. Drag to find yourself.

6concurrent contexts
15153050
Rung 1 · FreeIndie & community builders2–3 contexts. Cohort investment — becomes rung 3 in 12–24 months.
Rung 2 · Free → ProSolo consultants2–4 clients on retainer. First conversions, small ticket.
Rung 3 · Pro → ManagedFractional CFO / CMO / COO4–6 companies. Highest problem-fit — and the founder's own use case.
Rung 4 · ManagedAgency & consultancy owners5–50 clients. MSA, procurement, expansion.
04 Custody

Thornbury stores no provider credential. Any tier.

Not a policy we could quietly change — an architecture. Watch where the key actually goes.

OriginYour browserHolds your model key. Session-scoped, sent per request, never persisted server-side.
DestinationModel providerOpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter — billed directly to you, by you.
Never on the path Thornbury holds: decision records, agent configs, policy sets. Ordinary SaaS data risk — real, and categorically different from a leaked API key.
Tool & app auth

Gmail, Slack, Notion, CRM — custodied by Composio. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. Roughly 80% of the credential surface, transferred.

Model keys — Free & Pro

Custodied by your browser. Session-scoped, never written to our disk.

Model keys — Managed

Nobody's. Managed is inference resale using Thornbury's own keys — not key custody.

Before the first paid customer: encryption at rest, per-tenant isolation at the query layer, a published data-handling page, a documented deletion path. Not SOC 2 — that comes when a deal requires it, and we will say so plainly rather than imply otherwise.

05 The gate

One question kills most roadmap requests.

Does this get more valuable as context count increases? No is a complete answer, logged and returned with thanks. Try it on a feature you'd want.

06 Sequence

Services now. Product next. In that order, on purpose.

The engagement phase isn't a placeholder while we build — it funds the runway and writes the product spec. Every engagement is requirements authored by a paying customer.

Services Now

Governance setup engagements, delivered with existing tools. Flat-fee projects. Available today — no product required.

H1
Product

Hosted Ledger, free and Pro tiers. Subscription. Month 5–12.

H2
Managed

Thornbury-supplied inference, one invoice, per-client attribution. Month 9–24.

H3
Standard

The audit format agencies hand their clients. Policy template library. 24 months out.

Honest timeline to usable alpha: 4–7 months, wide bars, planned against the top of that range. Built as a fork of LibreChat — we build the governance layer, not another platform. AGPL from the first commit.

07 Terms

The free tier isn't crippled. That's the point.

Full governance — matrix, gates, decision records — at zero. We charge for depth and for the managed version, never for the ability to prove what happened.

Governance Setup

$2,500–5,000

Fourteen days or less. Corporate-card decision, no procurement.

  • 01 Audit how your agents currently touch client data
  • 02 Author your authority matrix and policy set
  • 03 Wire your Composio connectors
  • 04 Deliver decision-record templates and a review cadence

Qualification bar for a call: three or more concurrent clients or companies, and at least one agent already touching client data.

Goes to a person, not a sequence. If you're below two contexts, say so — the free tier will serve you better and we'll tell you that instead of selling you.
